Remember that if your shop or any server / service goes down, we get an SMS and troubleshooting begins immediately.
You do not usually email or call to inform us.
Please wait at least 10 minutes and if your shop is still not working, see here for current information.
After 10 minutes, this site goes in failover mode and is always reachable for reading the current operating information.
Missing a feature?
Do not forget that there are more than 3000 extensions (plugins). If you lack any feature, we can almost always fix it!
